The 5 Tiers

T1
Joint Prep

Mobility, stability, pattern introduction. This isn’t warm-up. This is the foundation. Everyone starts here.

T2
Load Introduction

Pattern in your body. Now add load, volume, and control. This is where most people feel things change.

T3
Skill Development

The movement is in your body. Get specific — timing, tension, range of motion, intent.

T4
Strength Expression

High skill, high demand. You’re not just doing the move — you’re owning it.

T5
Mastery

Tuck planche. One-arm pull-up. Freestanding handstand. These posts are here for the long game.

How to Use It

  2. Begin at the first post in your chosen pattern
