How to Choose Your Focus

At any given time, pursue 2–3 active Masters goals. Match them across the push/pull/core planes for balance: one pushing goal (planche or HSPU), one pulling goal (front lever or muscle-up), one core/balance goal (dragon flag or handstand). The general strength work in each area compounds into all the others.

The Anti-Hustle Principle

The Masters progression is years long. That is not a flaw — it’s the feature. Skills that take years to develop represent genuine physical transformation. They also require that the training remain enjoyable across those years. An anti-hustle approach: pursue your T4–T5 goals in a way that’s sustainable, fun, and connected to how your body feels each session. Injuries from rushing Masters-level work set you back by months. Consistent joyful training compounds over years.
