The 50+ Track is a curated path through the Sthenics Network for adults 45 and up. Joint-friendly. Low-impact entry points. Movement that builds on itself without asking you to be 25.
This isn’t senior fitness.
It’s the same progressive bodyweight library — T1 through T5 — with an on-ramp designed for where adult bodies actually are.
Your Starting Point
If you haven’t moved consistently in years:
Start with T1 Joint Prep in Push and Squat. Then OMW Walking. Then T1 Pull (dead hangs, band-assisted rows).
